• No tracking: we run no advertising or cross-site trackers, and the site uses no analytics cookies of its own.

Bipolar Clarity sets no cookies of its own and runs no tracking or analytics cookies. We do embed third-party content: the newsletter sign-up form (Beehiiv) loads with the page and may set its own cookies, while YouTube videos load only when you click to play. These providers may set cookies under their own privacy policies.

We use Beehiiv (newsletter), YouTube (videos), and Captivate (podcast). The newsletter sign-up form is embedded from Beehiiv and loads with the page, so Beehiiv may set its own cookies; YouTube videos load only when you click to play (via the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie domain). The site itself sets no cookies, and each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

Sensitive information

Please don’t send us details about your health or diagnosis by email. We don’t ask for or knowingly store special-category health data.
